El Recuerdo - Mezcal

RECUERDO TROPICAL

  • 1 1/2 oz Recuerdo Mezcal Joven
  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Orange juice
  • 1/4 oz Lime juice
  • 1 Little piece of ginger
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • Ice

Blend the ginger with the juices, then shake all ingredients with plenty of ice.
Serve in a martini glass. Add a pineapple leaf.
